About the Glebe Centre
The Glebe Centre is a church-run community facility. Activities mainly serve children, young people, families, the retired and the elderly.

Hire the Hall
Both commercial and community groups are welcome to hire the Glebe Centre, which is managed on behalf of All Saints’ Church by the Glebe Centre Management Team.
To enquire about booking, please contact Jane Summers at glebecentre@allsaintscrawleydown.org or call 01342 718741. The office is open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9–11am (answerphone available).
All Saints’ Church is a Registered Charity, no. 1148157.
Conditions of Hire
The Conditions of Hire are drawn up to ensure activities are consistent with the Glebe Centre being part of the church building, to maintain good relationships with adjacent householders, and to maintain dignity and respect in the churchyard.
Access & Entrances
The main entrance is behind the northwest corner of All Saints’ Church, leading directly into the Glebe Centre’s entrance lobby.
A secondary entrance on the south side connects directly to the church interior. This link door is usually kept locked unless both are in use by a church-run group, or advance notice has been given.
Disabled access is available via the vehicular access off Turners Hill Road — Blue Badge holders only. All other drivers must use the Vicarage Road car park.
Parking
The car park for the Glebe Centre is on Vicarage Road (RH10 4JJ). If the car park is full, please park on the west side of Vicarage Road only (the Church side). Please do not park on the pavement or block any driveways.
Additional Facilities
Three separate WCs, one designed as an accessible WC with baby changing facilities — all accessed from the entrance lobby.
Modern, fully equipped kitchen accessed separately from the entrance lobby.
Fire exit at the north east corner of the hall.
Smoking and smoke-generating activities are not permitted in the Glebe Centre.

Regular Groups
The Glebe Centre is home to a variety of regular community groups and activities throughout the week. We are proud to support local organisations that bring people together and serve the wider community of Crawley Down and the surrounding area.

Coffee Shop
The Warm Mug Café : 10–12noon every Tuesday. All Welcome.
Monthly Saturday Coffee & Crafts Morning
Family Craft & Coffee Morning : 10–12noon on the first Saturday of every month. All Welcome.

Children’s Groups

Youth Club (Yrs 6–8) : Fortnightly on Fridays, 6.45–8.15pm during term time.
Adult Groups
Cake & Company : 2–4pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Tea, games, puzzles, magazines, knitting & cake! Contact the Parish Office for more information.
Crawley Down Afternoon WI : 2pm on the 4th Wednesday of each month

Facilities
Our hall is well-equipped with comfortable seating, tables, and kitchen facilities. It is fully accessible and suitable for a wide variety of events and group sizes — from small meetings to larger gatherings.
